Victorian Restoration
Revitalizing this historic Victorian in the Uptown neighborhood of Port Townsend WA. The original wood windows have been repaired and restored. The kitchen and bathrooms will be remodeled with inset cabinetry and finishes that compliment the era of the home. Restoring this beautiful home to last another lifetime and keep its rich history alive for future generations to enjoy!
Early 1900s Restoration
This early 1900s home will be restored and updated! The original Fir floors will be sanded and refinished along with a fresh coat of paint. The existing exterior cedar shingle siding will be replaced in kind to last another lifetime.
Late 1930’s Remodel/Addition
This charming 1930’s home located on Morgan Hill in Port Townsend is undergoing a full interior renovation, preserving all the original built-ins and charming character. A new dormer addition is being added to the second floor to capture its sweeping ocean & mountain views.
