We are very excited for this project to take off! This is a custom home design for a Chimacum family achieving their Southern inspired farmhouse dream home. The clients brought their own creativity and talent to this project (a skilled carpenter/contractor and creative power couple) and they were such a pleasure to work with. We are excited to see the interior finishes & details come together! Projected completion summer 2022!

This is an 800sf 2-Bedroom new construction project in the beautiful North Beach neighborhood. It will accompany a 2-bedroom ADU on the same site. This is a small, yet functional home with plenty of storage and a cozy dining nook. Breaking ground Summer 2022!

Victorian Restoration
Revitalizing this historic Victorian in the Uptown neighborhood of Port Townsend WA. The original wood windows have been repaired and restored. The kitchen and bathrooms will be remodeled with inset cabinetry and finishes that compliment the era of the home. Restoring this beautiful home to last another lifetime and keep its rich history alive for future generations to enjoy!
Early 1900s Restoration
This early 1900s home will be restored and updated! New shaker style kitchen cabinetry with inset fronts will fit right in with the historic details. The original Fir floors will be sanded and refinished along with a fresh coat of paint. The existing exterior cedar shingle siding will be replaced in kind to last another lifetime!
Late 1930’s Remodel/Addition
This charming 1930’s home located on Morgan Hill in Port Townsend is undergoing a full interior renovation, including two bathrooms and a kitchen remodel. A new dormer addition is being added to the second floor to capture its sweeping ocean & mountain views. Projected completion date is Spring 2022. More photos to come!
